- Domestic Shipping & Delivery Times
- We currently deliver within the UAE only using trusted third-party courier services.
- Order processing time: 1–2 business days for in-stock items.
- Delivery time: 2–3 business days after processing (may vary based on courier and location).
- Backordered or special items: Processing up to 5 business days. Customers will be notified if items are out of stock.
- Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
Note: Please ensure your full address and contact number are accurate to avoid delays.
2. Delivery Options
- Standard delivery to the specified address within the UAE.
- Heavy or oversized items may require freight delivery. Contact our support team for a custom shipping quote.
3. Tracking Your Order

- Tracking updates may take up to 36 hours to reflect.
4. Rescheduling & Re-routing Deliveries
- Need to change delivery time or address? Contact us immediately.
- Rescheduling may incur additional courier charges depending on terms.
Rescheduling options include:
- Will Call: Hold for pickup at a nearby facility.
- Reschedule Delivery: Hold up to 5 business days.
Note: Delivery changes may not be possible after payment verification; in such cases, please cancel and place a new order.
5. Late, Lost, or Damaged Deliveries
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at info@tradesglow.com.
- We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange replacement or refund where applicable.
6. Legal & Compliance
- Trades Glow does not ship to countries under OFAC sanctions, in accordance with UAE law.
- Multiple items in one order may ship separately, with multiple payment authorizations if required.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the product is successfully delivered to the specified address.
